What is your favorite flower and why?

Mine are lily-of-the-valley for its elegancy and purity, grape hyasinth for its aroma and fragility, and narcissus for its cheerfulness and color.

What is your favorite flower and why?
lily of the valley, to me,describes spring being a fresh beautiful new season; larkspur, or other kinds of lupins as well, remind me of brave, valiant people standing tall; baby%26#039;s breath: the sweet honey fragrance too easy to get lost in and clear my mind, so simple yet too complicated to describe unless swept away by its welcoming scent of heaven; bluebonnets: i grew up in texas, mostly, and i love the comfort of this flower when i see it since i miss texas so bad

Reply:I love hibiscus! They make me think of Hawaii or other tropical beach like places and they come in many colors
Reply:Night blooming jasmine. Not much to look at, but it is sweetly unexpected scent on an evening breeze.
Reply:I like gerber daisies because they look so happy and fresh. A single red one with a yellow center looks stunning standing by themselves in a narrow vase.





They are also hardy, if you grow your own. My mother in law and I planted some in the backyard of our Florida house one year and while all my other flowers died, the gerbers kept coming up and blooming in defiance.

Reply:i love roses, because they smell and look nice, but for smell alone i dont think you can beat, night scented stocks, nothing to look at, but OMG the purfume

peonies are most like people too, they are only here for a short while, and they need others to be their fullest ( without the ants, the flowers would never open)

Reply:I like Bearded Iris because they are a beautiful and somewhat complicated flower. I like paper whites for fragrance.
